According to Ann, she has been jobless since the day she was sacked from K24 and only survives through God’s mercy.
The once popular anchor claims that no local TV station is willing to employ her after she was accused of conning a businessman millions of shillings with her Nigerian husband.
Although Ann maintains that she is innocent and was never involved in the con games with her husband, her image has already being tainted.
Even her former colleagues at KTN and close friends don’t want to be associated with her.
“I lost people I thought were my friends. It amazes me is that I have called former colleagues for jobs and they ignored me. People change a lot especially when you have nothing to give anymore. They forget about you. I'm stronger now and I don't take for granted anymore what I have and I have had. I am more sensitive to people than before. I pay attention to people's needs and feelings." Ann revealed.
“A friend told people to avoid me as I was a con woman. Another woman even insulted me in public. I'm a journalist not a gold merchant. The truth will come out one day. This case has cost me so many opportunities but I know God is watching," She added.
Ann is currently a stay at home mum who survives through little commissions she gets by corresponding for a struggling international media channel.
